Our jewelry is made from high-quality surgical stainless steel—a durable, hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, and waterproof material designed for comfortable everyday wear.

Each design is permanently engraved using a precision laser. The engraving is created directly on the surface of the metal without ink, stickers, or printing, so it will not peel or rub away. This process produces a beautiful, lasting finish with a subtle texture you can see and feel.

Because every piece is individually engraved, slight variations in placement, color, and texture may occur, making each keepsake truly unique.

Fingerprint or Handprint:

For a memorial keepsake: Request a copy of your loved one’s fingerprint from the funeral home, then send us a clear, well-lit photo or scan of it.

For a Fingerprint Taken at Home.
Take a close-up photo of their fingerprint using your phone. Make sure the fingerprint lines are clearly visible and the image is sharp, well-lit, and free from shadows or blur.

Handwriting or Drawing: Write or draw on plain white paper using a dark pen or marker. You can also use an existing handwritten card, letter, or note. Take a close-up photo and send it to us.

Pet Portrait: Send a clear, well-lit photo of your pet, preferably facing the camera. Avoid blurry photos, heavy shadows, filters, or images where part of the face is hidden.

Paw or Nose Print:
Take a clear, close-up photo of your pet’s actual paw or nose, or send us a well-lit photo of their print on paper or an existing paw-print casting. Make sure the details are clearly visible and the image is sharp, in focus, and free from shadows.

HOW DO I SEND THE IMAGES TO YOU?Upload your images while personalizing your keepsake. If you don’t have them ready or experience any trouble uploading them, you can place your order now and email the images later to mobimomentos@gmail.com. Please include your name and order number.

Our stainless steel jewelry is hypoallergenic, waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and perfect for everyday wear. It is easy to care for—simply clean it with mild soap and water, then dry it with a soft cloth.

Important: Although the stainless steel is waterproof, lockets and urn jewelry should always be removed before showering, bathing, or swimming to protect the photos, seals, and interior compartments.

Each Mobi Momentos keepsake is personalized with care. Please allow one business day for production before your order ships. Production time is separate from the estimated delivery times below.

United States: 2–6 business days — tracking included
International: 3–12 business days — tracking included

Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Delivery Delays

All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur. Refunds are not provided for late deliveries.

If your order appears lost or has not moved for an extended period, please contact us so we can help you review the tracking information and open an inquiry with the carrier when appropriate.

Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.

If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the carrier’s return fee and the additional shipping cost required to resend the package to the correct address.

Mobi Momentos is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier or for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

U.S. Tariffs and Customs

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable tariffs are included in the purchase price. However, orders valued over $300 may be subject to additional import duties, customs fees, or taxes payable by the customer upon delivery.

International Customs and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may occasionally delay delivery.

At Mobimomentos we strive to make every piece of personalized jewelry as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or is simply not what you expected, please let us immediately  and we'll do our utmost to recreate it to your full satisfaction.

Important: All returns must be requested and approved in advance. We have a designated return address, and returns sent to any other address will not be accepted or processed.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, new, unworn and not personalized items can be returned to Mobimomentos within 14 days of delivery. Non-personalized pieces are eligible for a full refund, if within 14 days of delivery.

Personalized jewelry pieces are made specially for you and can not be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges:
You must return your original item before we are able to send your new item to production. If you want to exchange an item, please first reach out to: mobimomentos@gmail.com


Damaged Item:

• Attach a clear image of the damaged item and describe the matter.
  

Cancellation Policy

• Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items.
• Since each item is uniquely made for our customers and we start production straight away, please let us know up to 2 hours after placing your order if you want to cancel it. Please be advised that after 2 hours, we are unable to do any changes on engraving or cancel your order.

• Cancellation is only possible before item has shipped.
• Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request.

Mobimomentos reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
